What a wonderful person and extremely competent agent! Tom marvelously works to get to know the clients, their needs, interests, experiences, and point in life at a personal level. Then, he works with you to identify the right fit for you and ensure you are comfortable and happy with the choice before proceeding. I thought that selling a home would be worse than going to the Dentist. I was wrong. Working with Tom has been a pleasure. Both my parents are not healthy and Tom went out of his way to keep things calm. He is very knowledgeable and always kept me updated. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is selling their home.

Tom listed our condo on Longboat Key and he immediately began showing it. We got several offers on it and accepted an offer within 30 days of listing it with Tom! He works 7 days a week! Tom is an expert - he has resided in the Sarasota Area for many years and has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market. He utilized several multi-media outlets to advertise our unit as well. Tom is very friendly, hard-working, and a great communicator!
