Tom was excellent! He worked so hard for us, keeping us informed along the way. He really looked out for us with this experience and I so appreciate that as I do not live in Florida. We trusted him and he came through 150%, protecting us from the unknown. He is so intelligent with his relator experience and he even discovered things that the other realtor missed. Tom was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the area. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me in a timely manner with the answer or found out the information to give me.
